Hi!

Now I’ve updated from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2 (or perhaps 2.0.0 to 2.o.2) and the App get stuck on the logo screen…
I tried delete the cache an reinstall it but the issue persists. Anyone experiences similar a issue?

Available external disk space (SD): 98G.

RAM Memory before open Senstroke:

Yes, I use previously the version 2.0.0 or 2.0.1 with no issues.

I’m not sure what this means…

Sorry, I just want to know if you have already used the app in 2.0.0.
So I have to search why now you can’t use the app.
Because nothing change in the splash screen with this version.
I’ll look into it and get back to you when I find the problem.

Yes, nothing changed in the system during the update from 2.0.* to 2.0.2.

Any updates guys?
I downgrade to 2.0.1 and it still didn’t work. But then I tried with 2.0.0 and now it is working fine again. So it seems the issue is starting at 2.0.1.

Hello @senstefo,

Can you retry to download the app from the Google Play Store, wait and make sure you download the aditional files ?

Your problem is that sound files are missing from the google play store. Downgrade can’t resolve that problem because you don’t add that files you just take a previous version of the app. Not aditional files.

I tried this several times; I can assure that com.redison.senstroke.1024.apk, as well as main.1024.com.redison.senstroke.obb were downloaded at those times.

Actually downgrade to 2.0.0 did solve the issue indeed and now the App is working again.

The files you download from the store is the main.1024.com.redison.senstroke.obb ?
It’s not the good file.
Are you sure you download it from the google play store ?
