The good news is that we have a web version here: https://taiko.bui.pm so it would be super cool if we could use senstroke with this game. Had anyone managed to make it work?
Basically I think we would need to convert each MIDI signal to a keystroke. I found this software midiStroke that could do the trick but I can’t find how to set it up.
